Waitlist Information

If you join our early-access waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use this only to let you know when Palmly is ready and to send occasional updates about our launch — nothing else.

Usage Data

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run any additional analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Notify you when Palmly launches or when access opens up

This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard hosting and traffic data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices.

Palmly, the app, has not launched yet. When it does, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe any account, payment, or in-app data collection before those features become available.

We retain waitlist email addresses until Palmly launches or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist, or request a copy of the data we hold about you, at any time by contacting us at shuebahmed35@gmail.com.

Children’s Privacy

Palmly is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as the Palmly app moves from waitlist to launch. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
